Bliss Meadows – Phase One

Phase One of Bliss Meadows marked the beginning of our vision to create a thoughtfully designed residential community in Kaufman, Texas. This phase consists of four newly constructed homes, each situated on a spacious 1-acre lot and designed with a focus on quality craftsmanship, functional living spaces, distinctive finishes, and comfortable family living. Bliss Meadows was created with a simple vision: to build quality homes with room for families to live, grow, and make lasting memories. Each home combines thoughtful floor plans, beautiful finishes, and special details that make every property feel unique.

As Phase One progressed, we continued to improve and customize our floor plans, incorporating buyer feedback and new design ideas. Each home includes elevated features such as a kitchen pot filler, built-in speaker in the primary bathroom, and a freestanding garden-style soaking tub, giving the primary suite a more luxurious feel.

Property 1 | 2,173 SF | 3 Bedrooms | 2 Baths

This 2,173-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home features an open-concept, split-bedroom floor plan designed to create comfortable gathering spaces while providing additional privacy. One of the home's standout features is the beautiful S-tile kitchen backsplash extending to the ceiling with custom shelving, adding character and a custom finish to the kitchen.

Situated on a 1-acre lot, the property also features a long driveway, front-entry two-car garage, spacious front porch for enjoying the country setting, and a large backyard with plenty of room for the homeowner to make it their own. The home is located in Kaufman and feeds into Crandall ISD.

Property 2 | 2,784 SF | Custom-Built Home

This 2,173-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home features an open-concept, split-bedroom floor plan designed to create comfortable gathering spaces while providing additional privacy. The upstairs space includes its own closet and full bathroom, allowing it to serve as a guest suite, game room, home office, or additional family living area. The expanded design maintains the open-concept, family-friendly layout of Bliss Meadows while offering homeowners more space and versatility.

Property 4 | 3,839 SF | 5 Bedrooms | 3.5 Baths

At 3,839 square feet, Property 4 became our largest floor plan in Phase One. Situated on a 1-acre lot, this spacious home offers five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bath, a dedicated laundry room, mudroom, and impressive 12-foot ceilings that create a grand and open feeling throughout the living areas.
Custom details include a beautifully designed kitchen backsplash with smooth finishes, a hidden door leading to the laundry room, and an impressive primary suite featuring an oversized closet, makeup vanity, separate bathroom vanities, and freestanding soaking tub. The covered back porch also includes a built-in grill, creating an inviting outdoor space for entertaining and family gatherings.
Property 4 represents how our designs continued to evolve throughout Phase One, incorporating additional square footage, thoughtful features, and elevated finishes while maintaining the comfortable character of Bliss Meadows.
