Since 2017, we have grown from renovating residential properties to building new homes and developing residential communities across Texas. Our Story
Bliss Development began in 2017 with a vision to create value through real estate while contributing to the growth of local communities. We started by purchasing, renovating, and reselling residential properties, gaining hands-on experience in construction, project management, and the homeownership journey.
As our experience grew, so did our vision. We expanded into land acquisition, new home construction, and residential community development. Today, we continue to build on that foundation while exploring opportunities to provide quality housing in growing Texas markets.
